Below are a list of frequently asked questions. We will be adding more to this list as we receive more questions.

Q: Will my very old saved emails be moved over to Gmail?

A: If you are able to see those emails through https://nismail.rusd.k12.ca.us, they will automatically be transferred over Gmail as part of the migration. If you can only see them through Outlook on your computer, please place a work order and a Help Desk Analyst will help migrate those files for you.

Q: My business cards have my RUSD.K12 email address on them, do I need to buy new ones right now?

A: All emails sent to the RUSD.K12 email address will be automatically sent to the new RiversideUnified.org email address. Once your business cards are gone, we do encourage you to update your email address accordingly.

Q: Will I lose all of my Google Drive content when we move to RiversideUnified.org?

A: All of your Google Drive content will remain in place when we move to RiversideUnified.org.

Q: How do I see a preview pane in Gmail like I had in Outlook?

A: Go into your Gmail settings. Click on Advanced. Enabled Preview Pane and save the settings. This will take you back into your inbox where you can click the Toggle Split Pane button.
